International Day of the Nacho

If this is nacho favorite day of the year – we’re betting National taco day may be!  Today we are building a mountain of tortilla chips smothering them in cheese, peppers, guacamole, and sour cream (protein extra) and digging in for International Day of the Nacho.  The “original” nachos consisted of fried tortilla chips topped with cheese and pickled jalapeno.  These days, nachos are a staple at many restaurants and often serve as a complete meal.  Who doesn’t enjoy some nachos at the carnival or movies – smothered in warm melted cheese?  Thanks to US Pat No. 6,814,262, which makes the dispensing of a liquid food product easier, we can all get our fill of the deliciousness!
